What is Cyber bullying?

    Cyber bullying is bullying using any electronic device.  Cell phones, PCs, and laptops are all devices used to cyber bully.  Cyber bullies are sometimes harsher than a normal bully, because they think they are harder to catch on the Internet.  They are actually easier to catch.Cyber bullies can be tracked down through the signals their electronic devices send out.
